Author's Notes for Love and Other Supervillains
I want to thank everyone who helped me out with this, especially
cherie_morte, who was the driving force behind strong arming me into writing this and also was a fantastic editor. Thanks also to
maskedfangirl for being an amazing editor, as always, and for putting up with all of my 'waaah, writing is hard' moments, of which there were many. The two of you are the light of my life, &c&c.
Thanks are also due to Sam, SarahElaine and Scorp, who all word warred with me or read over scenes and gave me feedback when I was confused or stuck or complaining.
And a big thank you to
sian1359 for the incredible art, which you can check out here.
I want to make it clear that characters from Leverage are property of their rightful owners and I'm not making any profit from this story.
There are references to other things in this story, because that's kind of how I roll, so anything you recognize is property of its rightful owner as well.
I want to point out that the 'Food Guy' thing is from Christopher Moore's Pine Cove novels and ever since I read those and started working in the animal care field, it has become clear to me that, yes, all dogs think like that.
I am Canadian, so you might find some spelling differences. They are not mistakes, I promise. There may be some other Canadian to American discrepancies, such as measuring things in metres and Celsius, but I tried to change those in keeping with the implication that Cityopolis is probably somewhere in America.
Thank you so much for reading and I hope you all enjoyed.

Stanley, aka Arrow-lookalike, thanks you for your interest and your time and implores you to rescue your next pet from a shelter. <3
