For this year's robotbigbang I got to make art for misskalloway's story The Home For Unwanted Robots. It's adorable and totally worth the read. Check it out here!





Augh, I'm not sure why the ink looks so streaky here, in real life it looks a lot better than the giant photo is making it look. This is Sarge, from the story, who was probably my favourite character. :D

I am so sorry it's taken me this long to reply. ._. I've had the page open in my browser and just not felt coherent enough to leave something meaningful because I am terrible at this sort of thing. Because *squee* isn't quite enough but I don't think I can put into words what I think will be enough.

Anyway, thank you! Sarge is so fun looking here! He and most of the others are mentally modeled off of toys I rescued from the dumpster where I live and secretly very colorful. ^_^ (Is he deco-tape or scrapbook paper?)

The banner is lovely, too! It's so vibrant and colorful and fun (and probably something from Missy's backroom).
